**The Job**:
We are seeking a reliable Per Diem Hospitality/Security Associate to join our team. As a Hospitality/Security Associate, you will be responsible to maintain integrity of facility security, greet visitors and residents with high level of customer service, and provide any emergency assistance needed for both residents and staff. **Weekend/night shift work may be required.**

**Duties**:

- Complete any task requested that ensures resident and staff safety and assist with other resident requests.
- Log all driving requests from residents, coordinate daily driving schedule, and resident pickup status.
- Staff the Front Desk, and greet and direct all visitors after ascertaining the legitimacy of their visit.
- Answer and properly transfer all phone calls and sort mail packages.
- Respond to all ECS, Silversphere, and smoke alarms as trained.
- Complete daily wellness check reports and incident/information reports.
- Complete all WorxHub maintenance requests as needed.
- Monitor camera system.
- Responsible for facility keys and all other equipment located at Front Desk area.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma required.
- Microsoft Office product experience preferred.
- **Security experience preferred, but not required.**

**Additional Skill/Job Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to work as a part of a team.
- Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
- Strong professional demeanor required.
- **Flexible work schedule, onsite presence during emergencies, cover shifts if needed. Weekend/night shift work may be required.**
