**Overview**:
t4i Staff Business Operations Manager who can partner with t4i Leaders and Finance on t4i's spend, variance, R&O's, models, etc. This person will be responsible for analyzing financial data, identifying trends and making recommendations to management on how to improve financial performance. This role includes working closely with various business stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting, budget management, and forecasting.

**What you'll bring**:

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines
- Experience in financial forecasting and budget management
- Knowledge of financial reporting and compliance requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to propose creative solutions to complex challenges

**How you will lead**:

- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities and risks
- Develop financial models to support business decisions
- Analyze financial data to identify areas of improvement for t4i
- Develop financial forecasts and budgets, and ensure they are updated and accurately reflect business needs
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and goals, and to ensure accurate reporting
- Provide financial insights to management, making recommendations to improve financial performance
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
