- Manage and update product listings on various e-commerce platforms
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely restocking
- Optimize product descriptions and images to maximize sales potential
- Implement effective marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase conversion rates
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns
- Analyze sales data and generate reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in e-commerce management or related field
- Strong understanding of retail math and sales principles
- Knowledge of wireless sales is a plus
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in using POS systems and other e-commerce tools
- Ability to upsell products and meet sales targets
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $19.49 - $23.47 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
