We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers, providing program information, and ensuring a positive training experience. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a Fitness and Muay Thai/MMA environment, we would love to hear from you.
**Duties**:
- Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance
- Assist customers in finding the right Training Program to meet their Fitness and/or Martial Arts needs
- Maintain a clean and organized sales area
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Follow company policies and procedures
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic understanding of retail math for processing transactions accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
