**We are looking for YOU** Come be a part of a fast-paced and FUN full-service restaurant environment We are looking to hire a hard-working, self-motivated, and high-energy individual to join our staff as the new Restaurant Manager for Baya Bar.

You will be responsible for inventory control, purchasing, and managing the Baya team.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Delivering superior service to maximize customer satisfaction
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
- Regularly review product quality
- Organize and supervise shifts
- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
- Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils, and cleaning products
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Manage restaurant’s good image
- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
- Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
- Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations

**Skills**
- **_New York Food Protection Certificate highly desired_**
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager, or similar role
- Proven customer service experience as a manager
- Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with the ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and staff
- **_Strong leadership, motivation, and people skills_**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

- Barista experience: 1 year (preferred)
