1. Production coordination: Assist in coordinating all aspects of production, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management, to ensure the timely completion of projects.

2. Planning and scheduling: Assist in developing production plans and schedules based on project requirements and available resources. Coordinate with different departments to ensure the availability of materials, equipment, and personnel.

3. Documentation and reporting: Maintain accurate production documentation, including production reports, work orders, and inventory records. Prepare regular status updates and reports for production managers and stakeholders.

4. Communication and collaboration: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among production team members, suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders. Act as a point of contact for all production-related inquiries and issues.

5. Quality control: Monitor production activities to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any quality issues or deviations.

6. Inventory management: Assist in managing inventory levels, including tracking stock, ordering materials, and coordinating deliveries. Collaborate with purchasing and logistics teams to ensure the availability of required materials and supplies.

7. Cost control: Assist in monitoring production costs and expenses to ensure adherence to the production budget. Identify cost-saving opportunities and propose alternatives when necessary.

8. Safety and compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies during production operations. Collaborate with the health and safety team to implement and maintain a safe working environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a production coordinator or a similar role in a production environment.
- Knowledge of production processes, scheduling, and resource management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in production management software and MS Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control practices in production.

Pay: $47,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
