**Summary**

The VP of Enterprise Technology Digital Services oversees the Credit Unions Digital transformation by working with the business units and stakeholders. This role works to leverage a banking ecosystem-based approach and defines digital capability model for the Credit Union. Responsible for creating a next-gen software engineering and development capability to meet with the personalization objectives to meet with member's needs. This role will work with executive management, communicating updates about the latest digital trends and the performance of digital assets.

**Essential Functions**
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsible for interviewing, hiring, and training associates; planning, assigning, and directing work; managing performance; rewarding and coaching associates; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Define and implement the digital strategy and vision, ensuring that our digital platforms support our business objectives, member’s needs, and corporate strategy.
- Manage the portfolio of digital platforms and ensure they are scalable, secure, reliable, and user-friendly.
- Oversee the development and management of our digital assets, including websites, intranet, online and mobile banking, and other digital channels.
- Lead the digital software engineering and DevOps teams and provide guidance, coaching, and feedback.
- Establish and monitor the performance metrics and KPIs for the digital and platforms and ensure continuous improvement and optimization.
- Identify and evaluate new technologies (AI, ML, Quantum Compute, AR/VR, Mixed reality, etc.) trends, and best practices in the digital domain and drive innovation and proof of concepts in line with business objectives.
- Lead AI center of excellence by working with internal and external resources to meet with business and member centric.
- Simplify existing channels (Branch network, Call center) by leveraging automation, conversational AI, chatbots, and Generative AI by partnering with the channel leadership.
- Build a next-gen software development team to build capabilities around API-led connectivity to achieve plug-n-play approach for Fintech integrations, and platform personalization by using SDK and other techniques.
- Create a centralize testing team with 100% automated regression testing capability to achieve Zero defect in the production environment.
- Work with the Enterprise Architect to have current state and future state of digital ecosystem views.
- Manage the budget, resources, and vendors for the digital platforms and ensure compliance with the policies and standards.
- Monitor and evaluate digital performance and outcomes by partnering with the Insights team, using digital analytics and metrics, and provide regular reports and feedback to senior management and stakeholders.

**Education**
- High School Diploma Required
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information technology Required
- Master's Degree Computer Science or equivalent Required

**Experience**
- At least 15 years of similar or related experience in Information technology experience. Required
- 10 to 15 years of similar or related experience in managing digital platforms, preferably in a financial institution. Required.
- 3 to 5 years of similar or related experience in managing automation platforms for process automation. Required.
- 3 to 5 years of similar or related experience in technology leadership role as VP or SVP direct to CIO/CTO/MD-IT. Required.
- 5 to 8 years of similar or related experience in cross functional team management in banking or Credit Union. Required.

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
- Proven track record of delivering successful digital transformation and innovation projects. (High proficiency)
- Strong knowledge and experience in e-commerce, web, portals, UX design, software engineering, and DevOps (High proficiency)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills (High proficiency)
- Ability to think strategically, creatively, and analytically. (High proficiency)
- Passion for digital innovation and customer-centricity. (High proficiency)
- Strong knowledge of managing the global delivery flex capacity model. (High proficiency)
