**Job Summary**
We are a homeowners association located on 56 acres of property with 725 units. We are seeking a professional **Security Officer** to join our team. In this role, you will be enforcing our community rules and regulations via reports and follow-up.

**Responsibilities**
- Patrol the premises and maintain a high level of visibility.
- Monitor entrances and exits to ensure only authorized personnel access the facility.
- Remove trespassers when necessary.
- Respond to reports of suspicious activity.
- Report on daily activities and any security incidents
- Issuing Parking citations and Door Hanger Violations,
- Contacting Residents and Transients

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience as a Security Guard in a HOA/resident location or a similar position is preferred.
- Current BSIS Guard
- High school diploma/GED
- Excellent written communication skills and report writing ability.
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Attention to detail and strong observational skills.
- Ability to work without direct supervision.
