**Essential Functions**
- Supports the development of the annual budget and periodic forecasts for all business lines. Requires regular coordination with key stakeholders and business leaders.
- Supports the development of balance sheet and cash flow projections for the system.
- Identifies trends and relationships that support projections in the system-wide forecast and budget.
- Develops and maintains ad-hoc reports and sophisticated financial models as needed for various business scenarios and project opportunities, including new business lines.
- Evaluates profit and cost efficiencies in various areas of the organization.
- Supports preparation of five-year and long-term strategic financial projections.
- Analyzes and evaluates pricing structures for the organization’s different business lines.
- Supports the coordination of financial data requests for various external agencies.
- Validates that any updates implemented by the FP&A team are made in all systems and maintains process documentation accordingly.

**Qualifications** Experience**:

- 3 plus years of experience in financial analysis, modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Proficiency and efficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite with strong emphasis on Excel.
- Knowledge of Workday Adaptive Planning software or other budgeting/forecasting software.
- Experience with Power BI, Power Query, or other data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of preparation of financial statements in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles including Balance Sheet, Operating Statement and Statement of Cash Flows.
- Public accounting experience preferred.
- Senior Living or Health Care industry experience preferred.

**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. (CPA Preferred)

**Salary Range**: $85,000 - $115,000 based on experience

**Work Location**: Hybrid arrangement of remote work environment with ability to commute to corporate office as necessary (Frederick, MD).
