**What will you do?**
- Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill.
- Provide prompt and courteous customer service according to the operating standards of the company.
- Merchandise facility according to the operating standards of the company.
- Assist Store Manager with interviews. Trains all facility employees in store operations, product knowledge, sales techniques, personnel appearance and safety guidelines.
