At Active Day, our members experience the brighter side of caring through personalized support from our compassionate teams across ten states and our Family Care Advisor is pivotal in ensuring all inquiries about our services are matched with one of our 90+ centers so that caregivers have peace of mind that their loved one is receiving the best care possible. Our Family Care Advisor does this by LISTENING. They listen carefully to the needs of our future member and are able to confidently explain our services so that the caller remains enthusiastic and encouraged that they are taking the best step for their loved one. You will have the opportunity to participate in benefits programs, including:

**Responsibilities**:
- Point person for all incoming inquiries about our services.
- Manage follow-up calls and outreach to potential members.
- Act as liaison between the centers and interested members.
- Manage tracking log for all referral and member inquiries
- Partner with Center Directors to schedule meetings and tours.
- Maintain an accurate lead database detailing all communications and responses.
- Maintain a constant dialogue with centers regarding each referral.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in a health-care related field or social work strongly preferred.
- Minimum one (1) year managing customer relations, preferably in a healthcare environment.
- Excellent communication skills and extremely strong relationship building skills that include outstanding follow-up skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Outstanding attention to detail - you will be sharing important information to Center Directors as well as to the caller and therefore the information provided and entered MUST be accurate.
- Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams and a demonstrated ability to pick up new systems quickly.
