**Position Overview**:
**Job Functions**:

- Create and promote a healthy team culture where individual employees have the capacity and feel empowered to work autonomously while striving to meet a common collaborative goal
- Lead, mentor, and inspire team members to continuously grow, learn, and evolve personally and professionally
- Help build an exceptional team that will uphold and deliver our mission, vision, and goals to employees and customers.
- Set the standard for excellent customer service by providing guidance to staff on produce knowledge, customer focus, and personalized service.
- Ensures the smooth and seamless functioning of operations
- Collaborate with inventory control to ensure accurate product counts, proper labeling, and organization of products on the floor.
- Ensure strict adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements
- Assist in onboarding new employees & provide ongoing training.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement
- Oversee cash handling procedures & maintain accurate financial records.
- Address customer concerns, resolve conflicts, and handle escalated issues in a professional and efficient manner.
- Oversee visual merchandising to create attractive product displays to enhance the customer experience.
- Enforce safety protocols and cleanliness standards, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for both customers and staff.
- Assisting in the store’s opening and closing protocols
- Monitor the store’s energy by ensuring that front-line employees are always shouting their WELCOME’s; the overall vibes are upbeat and cheerful, and customers are leaving 100% satisfied with plans to return
- Administer and documenting all breaks to employees at appropriate times
- Serve as the liaison between receptionists/sales associates and managers

**Other duties as may be assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 21 years of age
- High school diploma
- Full time
- Open availability preferred (must be able to work 2 weekend days Fri-Sun)
- 2 years of leadership experience in retail/hospitality

**Schedule**:

- Open availability is highly preferred; must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
