**Age Requirement**: Must be 18 years or older to join our team and embark on this rewarding journey.
**Driver’s License**: A valid driver’s license is essential for certain roles, enabling you to navigate and support our community effectively.
**Educational Background**: While not mandatory, a bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or a related field is preferred. It lays a strong foundation for understanding and supporting individuals with developmental challenges.
**Experience**: Previous experience working with individuals facing developmental challenges or in a classroom setting is desirable. Your hands-on experience adds depth to our team's expertise.
**Availability**: M-F 8am-4pm
**Interpersonal Skills**: Strong interpersonal skills are key. We value your ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, educators, and families, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.
