As a Classroom Behavior Technician, you'll work hand-in-hand with our dedicated team of behavior analysts and educators to implement personalized behavior intervention plans, foster positive social interactions, and cultivate essential skills in a dynamic classroom environment.

- Data Collection and Analysis: Your keen eye for detail will be essential as you collect and analyze data on student progress and behavior, ensuring accurate documentation that guides our strategies and interventions.
- Participation: Dive into team meetings and training sessions, where you'll contribute your insights and expertise, staying at the forefront of best practices in ABA therapy to continuously enhance student outcomes.
- Communication and Training: Strengthen the bridge between home and school by effectively communicating with parents and caregivers, providing valuable updates on student progress and offering strategies for consistency and support beyond the classroom.

**Age Requirement**: Must be 18 years or older to join our team and embark on this rewarding journey.
**Driver’s License**: A valid driver’s license is essential for certain roles, enabling you to navigate and support our community effectively.
**Educational Background**: While not mandatory, a bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or a related field is preferred. It lays a strong foundation for understanding and supporting individuals with developmental challenges.
**Experience**: Previous experience working with individuals facing developmental challenges or in a classroom setting is desirable. Your hands-on experience adds depth to our team's expertise.
**Availability**: M-F 8am-4pm
