MasterGraphics has provided innovative 2D and 3D print technology to the engineering, design and manufacturing community for over 75 years. We have an immediate opening for a **Customer Success Coordinator **who can successfully maneuver in a fast-paced team environment.

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Contract / Warranty Invoicing**:Create invoices monthly for service contract billing of 2D / Wide Format type equipment including verifying pricing, price increases, frequency of billing, customer contact information, etc.
- **Meter Readings**:Serve as the primary expert on customers’ printer meter readings. This includes working directly with customers to collect current and/or past-due printer meter readings; upload meter readings to ERP (eAutomate) and assist with customer’s questions regarding their printer meters.
- **Automated Meter Reading Setup and Solicitation**:Contact existing contract customers to set up automated meter readings using existing, proven software systems. Focus is on technology implementation versus sales.
- **Purchase Orders for Vendor Service Parts**: Obtain quotes from vendors for service parts not currently in stock. Submit Purchase Orders to vendors for parts needed to repair 2D printers. Work with our Field Technicians to determine parts needed, and verify pricing, quantities, accuracy, shipping, tracking status, etc.
- **Customer Quotations**: Prepare Time and Material quotes for customers for repair parts and time. Requests will come internally from sales and service teams.
- **Inventory Management**: Utilize Excel to export current supplies pricing, edit for prices changes, and upload changes back into ERP software. Add inventory items to ERP as needed.

Backup responsibilities include:

- **Order Processing**: Provide backup as needed for processing of customer 2D merchandise orders.
- **Dispatch Console**:Provide backup to create service cases for new repair requests via our ERP dispatch console (eAutomate).

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**
- 2+ years of recent experience in a customer service role in a professional/office environment.
- Experienced user of Office 365 including Excel.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience with accounting functions.
- Knowledge of contract administration and the importance of maintaining accurate records.
- A well-organized professional with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience accurately processing complex orders with extensive data and multiple steps.
- Knowledge and/or experience of software and/or print technology.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment working on multiple tasks simultaneously, while adhering to strict deadlines
- Quality minded; motivated to seek out errors and inquire when something appears inaccurate.
