Our Information Technology Services Branch (ITSB)/Technology Infrastructure Services Division (TISD)/Customer Technologies Support’s (CTS) Service Desk and Access Management Section (SDAMS), Service Desk Management Unit (SDMU) is seeking an Information Technology Associate (ITA) to serve as the single point of contact between California Public Employees' Retirement System (CalPERS) customers and Information Technology (IT) Services, to be the focal point for customers to report IT-related Incidents and request IT services, and be the primary source for all IT communications.

The SDAMS Team performs a variety of analytical tasks in support of the SDMU:

- Resolving technical problems reported by ITSB internal and external customers
- Providing support and training of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) policies and procedures
- Quality Assurance/Quality Control of Interaction and Incident Records
- Reporting trends in technical support to the cross-functional project teams
- Driving our CalPERS mission
