Our company is searching for a motivated and experienced customer service coordinator to join our growing international company to make the world safer, cleaner, and healthier. Your goal will be to provide outstanding response to customer queries and complaints. You will develop effective customer service procedures, set satisfaction goals, and process orders.

To ensure success, you should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and promote the vision of the company. An exceptional customer service coordinator will possess outstanding product knowledge and will remain calm when customers are frustrated.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude always.
- Responding to customer service inquires and issues in a timely manner.
- Shipping products and receiving inventory and returns.
- Knowing our products inside and out to answer customer questions.
- Maintaining accurate records and documenting customer service activities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a customer service position.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Superb work ethic and a growth mindset.
- Versatile and service-oriented mindset.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
