Inspector

The Quality Control Inspector will perform basic mechanical inspection by using measurement devices such as micrometer, caliper, height gage, pin gage, dial indicator etc. Be able to record inspection data onto inspection form. Perform incoming inspection of parts which may include activities such as PO verification using ERP system.

**Technical Requirements**:

- Visual and mechanical inspection of received parts, material and special process CoC verification
- Inspect component, product assembly and sub-assembly operation and verify completeness and conformance of workmanship with company/customer and contract requirements.
- Insure completeness and accuracy of all inspection records and test data.
- Work with quality and production personnel.
- Perform visual inspection and be able to utilize simple hand tools to secure and protect assembly and sub assembly

**Education and Training**:

- Use basic mechanical hand tools such as Caliper and micrometer and torque screw drivers. Electrical devices such as Digital Multi-Meters, Ohmmeters.
- Read and interpret Blue Prints.
- Intermediate math skills.
- Basic understanding of GD&T
