QC Inspector

We are looking for a QC Inspector for our client in Bensenville 

Pay: $23

Hours: 6am-2:30pm 

Responsibilities

· The Quality Control Inspector will perform basic mechanical inspection by using measurement devices such as micrometer, caliper, height gage, pin gage, dial indicator etc

· Be able to record inspection data onto inspection form

· Perform incoming inspection of parts which may include activities such as PO verification using ERP system

· Visual and mechanical inspection of received parts, material and special process CoC verification

· Inspect component, product assembly and sub-assembly operation and verify completeness and conformance of workmanship with company/customer and contract requirements

· Insure completeness and accuracy of all inspection records and test data

· Work with quality and production personnel

· Perform visual inspection and be able to utilize simple hand tools to secure and protect assembly and sub assembly

· Use basic mechanical hand tools such as Caliper and micrometer and torque screw drivers

Qualifications: 

· Electrical devices such as Digital Multi-Meters, Ohmmeters

· Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite applications including Word, Excel & Access Data Base and outlook

· Read and interpret Blue Prints

· Intermediate math skills

· Basic understanding of GD&T
