Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Rental Agent to join our team. As a Rental Agent, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their rental needs and ensuring a positive experience throughout the rental process. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent customer service and organizational skills.

**Duties**:

- Greet and assist customers in person or over the phone
- Provide information on available rental options and pricing
- Complete rental agreements and ensure all necessary documentation is accurate and complete
- Process rental payments and deposits
- Coordinate vehicle pick-up and drop-off schedules
- Conduct vehicle inspections before and after rentals
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the rental office and vehicles
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred
- Strong data entry skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Strong negotiation skills to secure rental agreements

**Benefits**:

Pay: $2,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
