**Position Overview**:
Edgesource is actively hiring for an **Administrative Analyst** to support day-to-day operations for our corporate offices. This position can support a hybrid work scheduled with 3-4 days being performed onsite at our headquarters in Alexandria, VA.

**Job Duties**:

- Ensures the efficient day-to-day operation of the office, and support the work of management and other staff at Edgesource
- Answer general phone inquiries using a professional and courteous manner
- Assist HR and corporate operations team with new hire onboarding tasks
- Greet clients/suppliers/visitors to the organization in a professional and friendly manner
- Use computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software to prepare reports, memos, and documents
- Sort incoming mail, faxes, and courier deliveries for distribution
- Prepare and send outgoing faxes, mail, and courier parcels
- Purchase, receive and store the office supplies ensuring that basic supplies are always available
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to management and other staff
- Coordinate the installation and maintenance of office equipment and furniture
- Maintain overall office appearance and cleanliness
- Make catering orders and help prepare for office meetings

**Required Qualifications**:

- US citizen who is eligible for a government security clearance
- Demonstrated fluent business communications skills
- 0-2 years of administrative support experience
- 0-2 years of operations/human resources experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including MS Word styles and templates

**Desired Qualifications (NOT REQUIRED)**:

- 2-year Associate's or 4-year Bachelor’s degree
