**Job description**

**Qualifications**
- Proven e-commerce experience: Minimum of 3 years managing a successful retail e-commerce business, with a track record of driving online sales growth and profitability.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to utilize web analytics, performance marketing analytics, and customer segmentation techniques to make data-driven decisions.
- Platform Management Expertise: Experience in managing multiple e-commerce selling platforms, including proficiency in overseeing Google ad campaigns.
- Marketing Acumen: Familiarity with developing and implementing online marketing strategies, promotions, and advertising campaigns to drive customer engagement and conversion.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Proven track record of solving complex e-commerce issues, with the ability to find effective solutions in time-sensitive situations.
- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of retail and marketing metrics, with the capability to forecast and achieve volume, cost, and revenue targets.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in utilizing CRM systems, Google Analytics, Excel, and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and strategy development.
- Innovative Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop innovative approaches to drive rapid, profitable growth while meeting sales and margin objectives.
- Team Collaboration: Skilled in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation and success of ecommerce initiatives.
- Excellent Communication: Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for presenting strategies, reports, and interacting with internal and external stakeholders. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Ecommerce, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage the performance and development of the company's website, including pricing and product strategies, as well as KPI tracking.
- Develop and implement seasonal online marketing, advertising, and promotional calendars.
- Create affiliate, re-messaging, and new acquisition/retention programs to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Forecast and achieve volume, cost, and revenue targets.
- Conduct business analysis of customer and business metrics, enhancing models for predicting customer behavior.
- Develop customer segmentation and purchase propensity models for lifecycle marketing.
- Use analytics, performance marketing, and testing/optimization techniques for decision-making.
- Drive rapid, profitable growth on the company's website while meeting sales and margin objectives.
- Monitor KPI metrics, develop multivariate testing strategies, interpret changes in shopping behavior, and assess technology/product initiatives.
- Manage daily site maintenance, troubleshooting, and resolution.
- Oversee multiple e-commerce selling platforms and Google ad campaigns.
- Utilize data-driven insights with a clear understanding of retail and marketing metrics.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience managing a successful retail e-commerce business.
- Strong problem-solving skills in complex, time-sensitive environments.
- Proficient with Analytics, CRM, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with advanced analytical techniques and strong financial acumen. Establish data feeds and on-site analytics tagging for reporting purposes.
