**Upscale Sushi restaurant** located in Bakery Square, Pittsburgh, PA seeks an experienced full-time **Sushi Chef**.

**Upscale Sushi restaurant **is a gin and raw bar that re-imagines the sushi experience where global ingredients are married with traditional Japanese flavors to create inspired combinations of color, technique, and style.

**Schedule requirements**:

- 5 days a week
- Closed Sunday and Monday

**Language requirements**:

- English

**Experience**:

- 3+ years of Sushi experience (knowledge of various sushi types and sushi-rolling techniques)
- BOH management experience
- ServSafe certified
- Ordering & receiving, inventory
- Staff training & motivation
- Scheduling
- Managing 5-10 employees
