As a Mailroom Clerk/Receptionist at Savoy Bank, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, while also managing mailroom operations to ensure the efficient handling and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail.

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome clients, guests, and employees in a friendly and professional manner, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Handle incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate individuals or departments, taking messages when necessary.
- Sort incoming mail items, including letters, packages, and parcels, based on designated recipients or departments.
- Deliver sorted mail items to the appropriate individuals or departments within the organization in a timely and accurate manner.
- Process outgoing mail items by affixing postage, preparing shipping labels, and arranging for courier services when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing mail items, including tracking numbers, delivery confirmations, and recipient signatures.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in receptionist or administrative roles preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using office equipment, including multi-line phone systems and printers.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively.
- Professional demeanor and appearance, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
