About us:
Join our Growing Team The Sales Manager, Livestock will play a crucial role in representing Dosatron International, Inc. across the North American livestock market, focusing on poultry, swine, and dairy sectors.

Job Summary:
This position involves managing relationships with both distributors and end users, establishing oneself as the primary Dosatron liaison within the livestock market segment. The Sales Manager will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the company's reputation and driving business growth through continuous sales and marketing efforts across protein markets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Distributor Network Management: Train, motivate, and grow a diverse range of accounts, including distributors, dealers, and end users. Attend distributor sales meetings, seminars, trade shows, and conduct one-on-one training sessions. Assist in establishing new distributors within the region when appropriate.
- Customer Engagement: Directly contact and train individuals using our products. Conduct joint calls with distributor representatives or general sales visits, offering recommendations and troubleshooting for all customer levels. Ensure timely follow-up with relevant data and maintain direct access to end users for information purposes.
- Market Development: Develop relationships to increase penetration at existing accounts. Understand and replicate successful business models in different geographic areas to expand market reach.
- New Business Development: Aggressively implement plans for new business and follow up on leads. Utilize extensive networking to establish substantial new business. Attend industry-specific tradeshows and events, acting as the lead liaison for organization and show objectives.
- Product Launches: Bring new technologies to market by establishing and executing new product launches and enhancement plans. Ensure successful introduction and market adoption of new products.
- Goal Setting and Budget Management: Establish short, medium, and long-term goals considering budget constraints, new account creation, technical support requirements, and unit/dollar sales increases. Discuss and implement these objectives upon mutual agreement with the General Manager. Offer input on the proper allocation of budgetary expenditures and manage the existing sales staff to achieve targets.

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements:

- A hybrid/remote work arrangement, with up to 50% travel based on need. The position may reside in Clearwater, FL.

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field with 7+ years’ experience in sales management and 5+ years’ leading, mentoring and motivating highly collaborative/performing sales teams.
- Proven ability in achieving sales targets and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.
- Proven ability to build relationships with individuals at all levels within a customer company.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with a strong customer-centric approach. Experience in training and development, as well as a solid understanding of order management processes and procedures.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
