Production Manager

**Company Overview**: We are a rapidly growing manufacturer specializing in tools and equipment, expanding our production lines to meet increasing demand. We are seeking a dedicated Production Manager to join our dynamic team managing all aspects of production.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and oversee a team of 50-60 production staff members.
- Coordinate and set up final assembly and packaging lines.
- Collaborate with materials and warehouse teams to ensure timely availability of components for assembly.
- Maintain high standards of efficiency and quality control throughout production processes.
- Provide leadership and motivation to achieve production goals while adhering to company standards and safety protocols.
- Execute detailed operational instructions to ensure consistency and accuracy in output.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production or assembly operations, with previous management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a proactive and motivational approach to team management.
- Proficient in production management principles, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.
- Familiarity with MS Office and MAS100 software is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective decision-making abilities with a focus on achieving measurable results.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in high-volume hand assembly work would be beneficial.
- Understanding of industry quality standards and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
