**Job description**

iPD Agency is looking for a **Marketing Specialist** that will proactively think outside the box to build user-centric storytelling via various visual elements. This creator is a self-starter and collaborator, able to take projects individually or work with the rest of the team. They are open to give and receive feedback to help the team and the work grow. They visually connect our products and services with customers, partners, and job seekers in a way that inspires them to work with us. Someone with an eye for visual aesthetics with robust training in design skills is preferred.

**Responsibilities**:

- Creation and promotion of any necessary collateral to support our marketing strategy with project timelines.
- Help concept and produce new advertising creative (static, video, print, animated, or interactive).
- Design proficiency (New infographics, e-books, and various web based design).
- Work in collaboration with the entire Marketing Team to push forward new designs, lead magnets, etcon our website to help generate inbound traffic.
- Support other teams within the company by producing and updating marketing collateral: landing pages, sales slides, and one-pagers.
- Produce downloadable content for our website and blog that attracts and converts customers through its valuable and engaging nature.
- Creation of content for proposal responses and marketing collateral (Case studies, blogs, ebooks, etc., that is on brand, meaningful, and effective).
- Experiment with designs in a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels - content creation, pay per click campaigns, event management, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis, and much more.
- Track and help improve content viewership, content engagement, newsletter subscriptions from our blog, and website traffic from blog posts by improving the overall design experience.
- Gain insight from reported performance, and assess this against company goals.
- Measure your efforts to highlight what types of content and channels produce the best results and continue to help optimizing our design processes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify additional content opportunities that increase customer conversion and engagement.
- Maintain style and tone documentation that guides our team-wide external written communications.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite required (Premiere Pro,Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop most valued).
- Ability to deliver polished work under quick timelines.
- Shows initiative with open-ended tasks.
- Impeccable attention to detail and admiration for design and excellent brand content.
- Demonstrable experience in marketing, coupled with the desire and potential to learn.
- Keen eye for typography.
- Technical proficiency with basic HTML/CSS for Wordpress and Shopify editing and general Web Design.
- Ability to rapidly adapt to new technologies and software, with the ability to learn independently as needed.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

**It’d be nice if you also had**:

- Familiarity with other popular marketing technologies.
- Experience or an interest in sharing your knowledge and experience at industry conferences.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Tampa, FL 33610: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
