**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Office Manager to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in managing various bookkeeping functions within our organization in addition to taking on administrative tasks. This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about healthcare and interested in contributing to the success of our organization through effective Bookkeeping/Office management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate and organized financial records using Quickbooks.
- Medical eligibility check (Medi-Cal, MediCare).
- Oversee payroll processing, including verifying timekeeping records, calculating wages, and ensuring accurate and timely payroll disbursement.
- Accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliation.
- Coordinate supply ordering and inventory management for the office, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely replenishment of supplies.
- Collaborate with department managers to address scheduling conflicts, optimize staffing levels, and ensure adequate coverage.
- Assist with the development and implementation of office policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to HR Director and controller, including preparing reports, managing correspondence, and maintaining documentation.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding office-related inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective resolution.
- Continuously evaluate office processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or any related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in bookkeeping and office management.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in QuickBooks online.
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to develop and monitor KPI.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Excel.
- Proficiency in ADP.
- Profiency in Quickbooks (online)

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
