Under the supervision of the Staff Services Manager I, Licensing Division, the Staff Services Analyst (SSA) is responsible for conducting research, analysis, and exercising independent judgement and discretion to interpret and report on data and apply, statutes, regulations, and policies and procedures to support suitability determinations.

Working Conditions

- Individuals who are new to state service must have list eligibility in order to gain employment with any state agency. To obtain list eligibility for the Staff Services Analyst position, you must first take the online exam.
