**Position Overview**:
As a GAAP Accountant in our practice, you will play a key role in supporting GAAP compliance efforts for our clients. This position is well-suited for a self-motivated accountant who thrives on collaborative work, enjoys building client relationships, and actively contributes to the success of small businesses.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide GAAP compliance expertise for a variety of small business clients.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards.
- Conduct detailed analyses of financial data, offering insights to clients for informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with clients on accounting policies, ensuring adherence to GAAP principles.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks Online & Desktop) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building client relationships.
- Ability to manage workload independently and meet client deadlines.
- Familiarity with tax regulations and small business financial planning.
