**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Superintendent Duties**:

- Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and construction workers.
- Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
- **Safety Manager Duties**:

- Develop, implement, and enforce safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Conduct safety training sessions and drills for all staff and subcontractors.
- Perform regular safety audits and inspections, addressing any non-compliance and implementing corrective actions.
- **Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) Duties**:

- Develop and implement QA/QC plans and procedures to ensure all work meets established quality standards.
- Conduct inspections and tests to verify that materials and workmanship comply with project specifications.
- Maintain detailed records of QA/QC activities and prepare reports on quality issues and resolutions.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a superintendent, safety management, and QA/QC roles, preferably in a federal or military environment.
- **Certifications**: Relevant certifications such as OSHA 30-Hour, Certified Safety Professional (CSP), and Quality Management certifications are highly desirable.
- **Skills**:

- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Thorough understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality control standards.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Must be able to perform physical tasks related to construction supervision and safety inspections.
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including outdoor settings and construction sites.
