Job Responsibilities:
As a Construction Superintendent, you will oversee organizational and project management tasks to effectively guide the construction team, ensuring they have the necessary resources.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Leading a team of workers, managing schedules, project timelines, and resource distribution
- Collaborating with clients and Project Managers to establish budgets and timelines
- Coordinating the delivery of materials and equipment with suppliers
- Developing work schedules for employees and subcontractors
- Recruiting additional subcontractors and assigning tasks
- Maintaining a daily log of job site operations and reporting to management
- Adjusting operations as needed to meet construction deadlines
- Implementing cost-effective and efficient management techniques
