Our Automotive Service Writer is responsible for overall commitment to client services for our dealership clients. In this position, you will use networking and client relationship skills to sell the Company's services

**_ Experienced Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer - Assistant Service Manager_**_ Duties_**_ _**_Include but are not limited to:_
- Potentially train to support Service Manager by completing duties such as monitoring service inquiries, maintaining inventory of spare parts, enforcing service rules in the facility, tracking service operations and daily service paperwork_
- Meet and Greet Service Customers promptly_
- Answer incoming service calls and schedule appointments_
- Advise customers of estimated service/repair costs and anticipated completion time_
- Coordinate repairs/service orders with Technicians_
- Record and report issues to the Department Supervisor_
- Ensure complete customer satisfaction by getting it right the first time_
- Suggest appropriate additional service to the customer_
- Other dut_ies as directed _

**_Experienced Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer - Assistant Service Manage_**_r_**_ Qualifications_**:

- Must have a minimum of 2-3 years experience as a Service Advisor/Writer or 1 year as an Assistant Service Manager_
- Must be a customer-oriented, self-motivated team player_
- Prior sales and/or customer service experience required_
- Prior up-selling experience a plus_
- Must be computer literate_
- High School Diploma or GED required_
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule that will include some evenings and Saturdays_
- Must have a valid driver's license and few to no points on driving record_.
