Work in a fun, friendly and warm environment in our N. Atherton Street Office.

Represent the Credit Union to the members in a courteous and professional manner and provide prompt, efficient, and accurate service in the processing of transactions, including but not limited to deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers and check cashing providing members with proper receipts.

Respond to member’s requests, problems and concerns, and/or direct them to the proper person for specific information and assistance, if necessary. Follow up with members regarding requests, problems and/or concerns.

Work with fellow co-workers to achieve the goals of the organization.

Provide in person and by telephone, general and specific service-related information concerning Credit Union services and/or policies.

E/O/E

Pay: $14.50 - $15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
