Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collection Calls
- Assist A/R customers with invoice related questions and issues
- Process and post payments
- Process A/R billing and monthly statements
- Assist with purchase orders and receiving
- Filing and assist with other accounting duties as needed

**Skills**:

- Work experience in Accounts Receivable preferred
- Ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient in Excel
- Communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and written
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Punctual and reliable

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
