RESPONSIBILITIES
- Production labor in the fabrication and assembly of stone lined hot water tanks
- Individual ownership of “next step” quality controls in the manufacturing process
- Communicate effectively with coworkers to ensure efficient production
- Maintenance & cleaning of factory workspaces
- Take instruction and direction from supervisors
- Adhere to all workplace safety guidelines and procedures
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Sharp attention to detail
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced production environment
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must have welding experience
- Reliable mode of transportation
- Flexibility to cross train as needed

Vaughn offers competitive starting pay, benefits package, and long-term advancement opportunities. Our production team works 4 ten-hour shifts per week, so every weekend is a long weekend Starting pay based on skill & experience. Our starting pay range is $19.00-$24 per an hour. Please keep in mind this is a starting pay rate, learning the various jobs around the plant moves the employee up in class, thus pushing them up our established pay scale.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
