Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Coordinate and manage all aspects of group sales and catering events from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Create customized group sales and catering proposals and menus tailored to clients' requirements
- Collaborate with culinary team to ensure high-quality food presentation and service
- Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown to ensure seamless operations
- Monitor event budgets, expenses, and profitability
- Implement sales strategies to drive group sales and catering sales revenue growth
- Maintain accurate records of all group sales and catering events and client communications, via Delphi.fdc.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Proven experience in catering sales, account management, or business development
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and competitor activities
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to secure profitable contracts
- Familiarity with Delphi.fdc or similar CRM software for client management
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively

Pay: $60,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
