**Admin Assistant - Clinton, IA**

**Job Summary**
Under general supervision performs a variety of clerical and administrative support functions for the HR Department and the Plant Manager.
**Essential Job Functions**
- Entry of information into computer systems (Maximo and others), report preparation and reconciliation, invoice processing, HR and Plant Manager support.
- Preparation of purchase requisitions, working with the ADM IT desk on Maximo problem solving, running computer reports, following up on reporting issues, tracking and reporting attendance to area managers.
- Support HR, payroll, and the Plant Manager with duties assigned.
- Ordering items that are the responsibility of HR and the Plant Manager
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
- Perform the job in a safe manner; follow all established safety rules and regulations.
- Must have the ability to climb stairs
- Must have the ability to perform work in an industrial and office setting

**Minimum Job Requirements**
**Education/Training**:

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), and related industrial experience or training.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- ADM safety orientation and ongoing OSHA required plant safety training.
