We are dedicated to providing our employees with a team environment that allows them to feel part of the success of the company. We are now looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team.

**Job Summary**

Process all customer inquiries, quotations and orders as received. Confirm pricing, quantities, and delivery requirements with the customer. Interface with sales management, graphic design, production and accounting to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

**Primary Duties**
- Prospecting
- Determine customer requirements and timelines to match company capabilities.
- Follow-up with new or existing customer inquiries on various marketing campaigns.
- Maintain customer reporting system and other sales reports.
- Achieve and maintain rapport with customers.
- Receive all incoming inquiries, requests for quotes and orders from customers.
- Call on customers weekly to confirm experience or to ensure customer needs have been met.

- Education - Associate degree in business or marketing preferred.
- Experience - 3 to 5 years in sales or customer service in the promotional industry or related industries preferred.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must be proficient in M/S: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Adobe Illustrator, Shopworks, and general CRM experience preferred.
- Must be a self-starter and handle a variety of tasks simultaneously.
