Ensures a positive customer experience by providing courteous, and efficient customer service to customers and associates.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities: I**ncludes the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Greets, assists, provides efficient service and thanks customers in a prompt, courteous, friendly and business-like manner, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
- Makes sure baked goods are displayed according to company standards.
- Ensures that store operations are in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Arrives to work promptly and in full uniform on your scheduled days to work
- Ensures product quality by checking freshness, rotating products, and removing out-of-date products.
- Maintains back stock in good order.
- Operates and sanitizes all bakery equipment in a safe and proper manner.
- Answers telephone calls with excellent phone etiquette and transfers calls to appropriate departments.
- Cleans at the end of shift and when the storefront is not busy.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $11.50 - $13.00/hour.
