**Job Summary**:
Olympus Group is looking for an individual to help us optimize our accounting department. With any fast-paced environment, we deal with daily challenges that span multiple departments. We are looking for someone to help take on those challenges and utilize their continuous improvement mindset to keep pace with company growth. Our accounting department is more than a support group. While the efficient execution of traditional tasks like AR, AP, payroll, etc. are critical, we are looking for someone who looks beyond task completion and wants improve the process. **Essential Duties**:

- Submit invoices on various customer portals
- Enter credit card transactions and post cash receipts
- Release credit holds and perform corresponding collections
- Manage specific customer accounts for timely collection
- Increase knowledge on state exemption certificates and validate/upload to database
- Properly process and code accounts payable invoices
- Reconcile and vouch corporate credit card transactions
- Perform various month-end close responsibilities
- Provide front desk and phone support to receptionist
- Additional accounting operations and projects as assigned

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
