**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process and maintain NGP database of campaign contributions, in-kind donations, disbursements, and refunds
- Work closely with the Compliance and Vetting teams at the DNC to ensure compliance with internal policies and joint fundraising parameters
- Assist the FEC reporting team with data integrity and cleanup leading up to FEC reporting deadlines
- Liaise with the Finance team to accurately process and record Major Donor contributions
- Monitor donations from organizations such as PACs, partnerships, sole proprietorships, committees, and other entities in keeping with FEC regulations
- Confirm permissibility of contributions from donors with foreign addresses, unregistered committees, and others
- Manage compliance related correspondence including best efforts and safe harbor letters
- Conduct independent research and provide succinct reports
- Oversee additional projects at the discretion of the Deputy COO
- Other duties as assigned

**Preferred Skills & Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience working with political or non-profit organizations required
- Knowledge of campaign finance rules and FEC reporting regulations required
- Experience with using the compliance database software, NGP, required
- Excellent data management skills; Google Sheets experience, including proven ability to create functions and reports
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a detail-oriented manner
- Strong written and verbal communications skills; excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels
- Ability to handle projects with the appropriate level of discretion and confidentiality
- A team player that recognizes the importance of working collaboratively
- Ability to work well under pressure with humor and grace
