**Pastry Chef**

Other responsibilities:

- Decorating and presenting pastries in a tasteful way
- Working and planning weekly and daily production with other chefs
- Maintaining a cleaning workspace
- Ensuring that all products are of quality
- Tracking inventory and supplies
- Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls
- Monitoring and reporting production quantities to minimize waste
- Cleaning and storing all equipment and ingredients
- Ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods
- Communicating with management to place orders for any necessary products
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, weekends, and holidays

**Skills**:

- Excellent at multitasking and problem solving
- Organization and time management

Required:

- Able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
- Able to work 10 hour days standing and walking
- Able to work in cold conditions, freezers and refrigerators

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
