Property Manager

- Manage all aspects of property operations including leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and tenant relations
- Conduct property inspections and coordinate with maintenance manager on repairs
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Handle tenant inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Negotiate lease agreements and renewals
- Utilize Rent Manager property management software for efficient record-keeping

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in property management, tenant relations and collections
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of property maintenance best practices
- Familiarity with legal administrative procedures related to property leasing
- Ability to negotiate effectively and resolve conflicts
- Understanding of property law and regulations
