**The hours will be MWF 2:00-8pm**

Dr. Turek's Wellness Center is looking to hire a part-time, motivated, energetic, enthusiastic Front Desk associate for a part-time evening position. Our well-established Chiropractic and Wellness Center is located in Lake Forest, CA.

Must be a fast learner, possess amazing communication skills, and have excellent phone etiquette.

Our Wellness Center provides a full range of services including but not limited to Chiropractic care, nutritional guidance, skincare, frequency therapy, and therapeutic massages. Our goal is to meet all our patient’s health, beauty and relaxation needs while delivering it in a safe, nurturing, and friendly atmosphere.

We have a positive environment, a fast-paced and welcoming atmosphere and we are committed to offering our clients the highest customer service.
- Greeting patients with kindness, having a positive attitude, and providing excellent customer service to patients
- Ability to handle multiple phone lines
- Sell wellness programs, treatment packages & gift certificates
- Scheduling and follow-up on appointments
- Collect payments
- Patient file preparation and management
- Self-motivated to complete & own tasks; highly detail-oriented
- Ability to prioritize effectively as tasks are assigned
- Verify Insurances
- Perform administrative tasks: light paperwork, filing, and data entry
- Multitasking while building and maintaining patient relationships

- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong written & verbal communication
- Great attention to detail & excellent organizational skills
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, work with interruptions, and effectively deal with confidential information.

**Salary**: Dependent on experience
