**Customer Service Representative II**

**Overview**:
Cadence Petroleum Group, DBA Yoder Oil is a fast growing automotive, commercial, and industrial lubricant distributor operating in Indiana, Michigan, Ohio and Illinois. Cadence Petroleum is currently looking to hire a Customer Service Representative for our Elkhart, Indiana facility.

**Role Summary**:
Supports the operations department and serves as the first point of contact for customers who wish to place an order or need assistance with products or service.

**KRA - Key Results Area**:
This is intended to be only an overview of primary responsibilities for this role. This is not a complete listing of role functions. All employees are responsible for assisting the organization with various tasks as directed by management. Special projects and activities may also be created where employees’ talents can best be utilized.

**Customer Service**
- Responds to customer inquiries regarding company products and services
- Counter sales
- Checks availability of stock and shipping dates
- Quote prices, filling orders to customer specifications and processing sales data via computer
- Assists outside sales by preparing price quotes and sourcing products
- Works with drivers to ensure best customer routing/service
- Files and clerical responsibilities
- Processes maintenance work orders
- Processes loaned equipment agreements
- Reconciles cash drawer
- Answers customer product questions by researching and cross-referencing
- Generates logs and maintains product returns/requests
- Acts as liaison between the customer and the sales rep
- Trouble shoot & resolve customer issues at fleet sites
- Reviews open order list
- Works closely with warehouse personnel
- Manages bulk oil keep fill tickets
- Review daily open order list
- Prepare and mail out oil samples to labs for analysis
- Keep MSDS/SDS sheets up to date
- Acts as Customer Service Representative for National Accounts
- Updates fuel comparison survey
- Seeks weekly customer comments
- Online Store - Keeping the online store up to date with current products and pricing.
- eBay - Keeping store up to date with current products and pricing.
- Social Media posts directing people to the online store.
- Freight quotes and LTL shipping

**General**:

- Produces daily, weekly and monthly reports for management
- Protects company’s value by keeping information confidential
- Assist with miscellaneous projects
- Attends training to develop skills and remain current in business trends
