**Resumen del trabajo**:

- El Coordinador de Ventas juega un papel fundamental en la creación de momentos inolvidables para nuestros clientes y huéspedes. Supervisará todo el proceso de planificación de eventos, desde la conceptualización hasta la ejecución, asegurando una coordinación impecable y un servicio excepcional. La visión estratégica, el liderazgo y la atención al detalle serán fundamentales para mantener nuestra reputación de excelencia en la hostelería de eventos.

**Responsabilidades/Funciones**:

- Soporte de Ventas: Ayudar al equipo de ventas en la gestión de cuentas de clientes, preparación de propuestas y seguimiento de leads para asegurar un proceso de ventas sin problemas.
- Relaciones con Clientes: Fomentar relaciones sólidas con clientes actuales y potenciales, brindando un servicio excepcional para mejorar la satisfacción y lealtad de los huéspedes.
- Coordinación de Eventos: Colaborar con clientes para planificar y ejecutar eventos, asegurando que todos los detalles se alineen con los estándares del hotel y las expectativas del cliente.
- Tareas Administrativas: Gestionar la documentación de ventas, incluyendo contratos, informes y correspondencia. Mantener una base de datos organizada y actualizada de información de clientes y actividades de ventas.
- Investigación de Mercado: Realizar investigaciones de mercado para identificar oportunidades de negocio y tendencias dentro de la industria hotelera de lujo. Proporcionar ideas y recomendaciones al equipo de ventas.
- Comunicación: Servir como enlace entre los clientes y los diferentes departamentos del hotel, asegurando una comunicación clara y efectiva para ofrecer experiências excepcionales a los huéspedes.
- Informes de Ventas: Generar y analizar informes de ventas para tracking el progreso, identificar áreas de mejora y apoyar la planificación estratégica.
- Realizar tareas adicionales o proyectos asignados por la gerencia senior.

**Calificaciones**:

- Educación: Título de bachiller en Administración de la Hospitalidad, Administración de Empresas o campo relacionado preferido.
- Experiência: Mínimo de 2 años de experiência en un papel de ventas o administrativo dentro de la industria hotelera, preferiblemente en un entorno de lujo.
- Habilidades:

- Habilidades de comunicación y interpersonales excelentes.
- Facilidad para organizar y multitask.
- Dominio de Microsoft Office Suite y software CRM.
- Capacidad de trabajar de forma independiente y como parte de un equipo.
- Atención al detalle con un enfoque en brindar un servicio al cliente excepcional.
- Requiere habilidades de comunicación efectivas, tanto verbales como escritas, y dar instrucciones claras y concisas.
