- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Manage the sign-in and sign-out process for visitors
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
- Handle inquiries and provide information to visitors or callers

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred
- Familiarity with operating phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite

Note: Experience in an emergency room (ER) setting is not required for this position.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
