**Key Responsibilities**
- Strategic Planning: _
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment and admissions strategies aligned with the college's goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, and opportunities.
- Recruitment: _
- Create compelling promotional materials and digital content targeting prospective graduate students.
- Represent the college at industry conferences, career fairs, and other relevant events to promote our Master's programs.
- Cultivate relationships with undergraduate institutions, industry partners, and professional organizations to expand our recruitment network.
- Allocate scholarship budget to maximize enrollments.
- Admissions Process Management: _
- Oversee the end-to-end admissions process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for applicants.
- Develop and maintain admissions policies and procedures in compliance with university guidelines and accreditation standards.
- Provide guidance and support to applicants throughout the admissions process.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: _
- Collect and analyze data related to recruitment and admissions activities to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for college leadership, highlighting key performance metrics and actionable insights.
- Team Leadership and Development: _
- Lead and mentor a team, including the Assistant Director of Admissions & LEAP and the Assistant Director of Admissions Operations, providing guidance, training, and professional development opportunities.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
