Austin Sales Representative

**Organizational Relationship**: Reports to the Sales Manager
**Major Job Duties and Responsibilities**
1. Manage the Sales Process to increase weekly rental sales for Service Uniform. This includes but is not limited to:
A. Qualify Prospects
B. Conduct Needs Analysis Meetings and Tours
C. Analyze Selling Opportunities
D. Prepare and Present Solutions, Proposals, Cost Analysis, Presentations & Physical Samples
E. Handle Objections
G. Accurately Measure Employees using sizing kits
H. Complete New Account Paperwork
I. Communicate Installation Information to Customer
2. Manage a territory to create new prospective accounts for Service Uniform
This includes but is not limited to:
A. Cold Call on businesses to gather information and set appointments
B. Phone Call on businesses to gather information and set appointments
3. Maintain timely and accurate information in Salesforce
This includes but is not limited to:
A. Prospect, Contact, Account and Opportunity details
B. Information from prospecting,
C. Information from qualifying
D. Information from selling activities
E. Calendar Management
4. Safely drive a personal vehicle to appointments, cold calls, employee sizings, etc.
5. Establish and maintain a professional company image through proper sales techniques, marketing efforts and customer relations, while modeling the values of Service Uniform
6. Attend and participate in Company, Department and team meetings
7. Adhere to all Safety, Health and Housekeeping standards
8. Perform other duties as assigned by the Department Manager
**Job Requirements**
1. Provide safe and reliable vehicle with a valid driver’s license, clean driving record and current insurance
2. Strong “Salesmanship Skills” including prospecting, qualifying, identifying prospects needs, presenting, handling objections, closing and negotiating
3. Effective communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing
4. Effective Time and Territory Management Skills
5. Computer Knowledge and skills in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Salesforce
6. Strong problem solving and multi-tasking skills
7. Self-motivated
8. Honesty, and provides respect to others
Pay: $55,000.00 - $62,500.00 per year
