**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop cohesive, attractive, and engaging social media campaigns.
- Create and update social media content across all channels, daily.
- Engage and interact with customers, agents and followers.
- Use tools such as Hootsuite or any other social media marketing tools that develop a content calendar.
- Work closely with the marketing department to create cohesive content that mimics all of the company's campaigns.
- Work directly with our in-house copywriter to promote press releases.
- Produce monthly real estate market updates for social media channels.
- Create content / assets for holidays.
- Consistently update templates for the company and agents in Canva.
- Produce custom campaigns for agents, newsletters, reels, etc.
- Produce reels for listings, communities, agents, and the company.
- Comfortable with creating 10-15 reels weekly during busy seasons.
- Must be willing and able to travel around Rhode Island.
- Film quarterly market updates with the CEO and CSO.
- Define key performance indicators and KRAs for social media campaigns.
- Monitor campaigns and analyze data obtained.
- Establish relationships / partnerships with social media influencers to develop a strong network.
- Assist with website SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Keep an eye on social media trends.
- Training agents on best practices on social media and tools.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Experience as a social media associate or a similar role with 2+ years of professional experience.
- Experience in creating social media strategies and campaigns.
- Must be proficient in creating ‘reels’.
- Aptitude for crafting engaging content.
- Extreme efficiency and strong time management skills. Must be able to self manage your schedule and incoming requests from agents.
- Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Youtube.
- Strong knowledge of Canva and basic knowledge of Adobe Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
- Must hold a valid driver's license and have a vehicle.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $57,500.00 per year
